We are happy to convey our pleasure and appreciation in the way Athithi performed the marriage of our daughter Sow. Bhargavi with Sri. Sriram Balaji, son of Sri. Srinivasan and Vaidehi Srinivasan of Coimbatore, at Balaji Sri Mahal, Anna Nagar, Chennai on November 1st and 2nd 2014.
Though, we know about Athithi before, what impressed us most is your systematic approach in organizing the marriage. Instead of the usual way of starting with menu suggestions, your approach to understand the family background of both the families, friends circle and our expectations on the marriage before offering your suggestions made us feel at home. Your suggestions, in arranging the marriage and menu details for various marriage sessions, increased our expectations on the marriage. Above all, your approach to get better of our suggestions helped us to heave a sigh of relief and assured us that the marriage will be performed without any stress to us.
The traditional nichayathartham arrangement without missing any of the finest details, mehendi and distribution of bangles during the function gave the function a very good start. The janavasam arrangements in a decorated car, with nadaswaram and color sparklers impressed everyone.
The tasty dinner menu, a right mixture of South Indian and North Indian dishes, catered the tastes of all ages impressed our guests. While, the younger ones enjoyed the taste of North Indian dishes such as rumali roti, mutter paneer, veg pulav along with the South Indian delight vathal kuzhambu, the other guests who loved the taste of bisibela, bagalabath found Malai Kofta very tasty. Everyone found the taste of Malpuva and Carrot Halwa special. Similarly, on the muhurtham day morning, you impressed every guest with the traditional paruppu usili, malabar avial and mysore rasam combination. Above all the orderly serving of food items by Athithi staff without wasting and with a very cordial approach pleased every one of us.
We are totally impressed by your orderly and systematic marriage arrangements without the need for prompting and without causing any confusion. Your marriage arrangements, tasty food served and excellent hospitality will remain a fond topic of discussion in our family for many days to come.
With Warm Regards K.Ganesan, Geetha Ganesan
